Our Process
Our discovery questionnaire helps us to determine your personal preferences and takes the guesswork out of open ended questions like “describe your style.” We will use this stage to identify themes, places, events, mottos, etc. that are meaningful to you and can be represented by the art or artists we select for your collection.

The in person consultation will help us determine the scope of the project, specific room(s) in need of art and the budget parameters. We will take photos and detailed measurements of the space(s) to guide our conversations with the artists, particularly for commissioned works.

Drumroll please!! The proposal will be a showcase of our research into your project and the selection of 1-2 artists for your review.

From selection to acquisition to installation, and everything in between… We will take care of interfacing with the artists (or gallery) and purchasing the piece on your behalf. Upon arrival of your artwork, we will coordinate framing (if necessary) and ensure your pieces are professionally installed.

Pricing

Discovery is complimentary.

$400 flat fee

Research and delivery of proposed artwork
Coordination with artists or galleries, framing design and delivery
Fees begin at $250 hourly rate (time is rounded to the nearest half hour)
$100 flat fee is added to locations requiring more than 10 miles of travel.
Framing, artwork & installation fees are delivered to the customer at cost.
Estimates for installation and framing will be provided. Both vary widely based on the number of pieces and complexity of selections.
